Global Fusion

So this section is my junk draw of recipes. The things that I’ve developed from just experimenting with all of the different cuisines I’ve been exposed to over the years. Sometimes we may go off the tracks here. Like putting fish sauce in a bloody mary, or dipping salted duck eggs in white chocolate. Who knows what you might find. I can assure you it will be unique, sometimes crazy, sometimes familiar, and sometimes borderline insane, but always original. I assure you if you try something that finds its way here that I’ve eaten it. If I post it here then I actually enjoyed it.

The catch all for the island of misfit recipes. Not exclusively fitting into a neat box of global cuisines. My favorite of the fusion dishes I’ve developed over the years are my Da Dang Nang Noodles. It will also be the first recipe posted here. It will give you a clear idea of the kind of thing I’m interested in. Though modern international cuisines are really conglomerations of each other, Mexican cuisine has just as much Asian influence as Spanish, Sometimes we find things that don’t really fit a mold. Not reinventing the wheel, just driving on it while flat. So come along and enjoy the insane recesses of my mind with our Global Fusion.
